an advanced practitioner coach and an educational trainer.
According to Sara, the connection between coaching and education is empowerment. She believes that one of the main roles of education is to empower . As a coach, Sara empowers her coaches so they unlock their potentials and be their real selves. Sara also believes that learning is a life long journey and growth is the best choice one makes in his/her life and career.
Sara has more than twenty years of experience in the field of education. She worked in national and international schools in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as a teacher, coordinator and academic supervisor. Her job involved planning, staffing, organizing, directing and implementation. She provided onsite training for teachers in Saudi Arabia and off-site training for teachers in Lebanon. Throughout her career, she worked with colleagues and students from different nationalities and backgrounds. She is a strong supporter of continuous professional development as it provides educators with the chance to maximize their potentials.
Sara holds a B.A. from the American University of Beirut/Lebanon. She also holds an Advanced Practitioner Coaching Diploma from Noble Manhattan UK.
